02Beijing → Guangzhou, hotel check-in▾
Connecting flight CA1317 to Guangzhou, landing 13:20. Transfer to the hotel and check in ahead of the fair.
03–07Canton Fair, Phase One (15–19 Oct)▾
Five full days on the Pazhou exhibition floor with scheduled hotel-to-fair return transfers each morning and evening.
Indian vegetarian dinners are arranged through the stay, with one gala dinner hosted by a premium brand.
08Guangzhou → Beijing → Delhi▾
CA1330 departs Guangzhou 10:30 for Beijing; CA947 connects onward to Delhi, arriving 20:20 the same day.

Hotel & transfers ▾
- Standard check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00; early/late subject to availability
- A refundable security deposit may be payable directly to the hotel
- Fair transfers run on fixed timings — missed transfers are the guest's own arrangement
- Schedules may change due to traffic or exhibition requirements

01Arrival in Hong Kong — transfer to Foshan▾
Land at Hong Kong International Airport and proceed to the coach pickup point (exact location and time shared 7 days prior; tentative departure 14:00).
Travel by deluxe coach to Foshan via the Hong Kong–China immigration checkpoint (approx. 3 hours) — your tour guide coordinates the crossing.
Check in to your Foshan hotel; Indian vegetarian dinner in the evening. Overnight in Foshan.
02Canton Fair — Phase 1/2/3▾
Breakfast, then a full day at Canton Fair with scheduled return shuttle transfers. Gala dinner hosted by the premium brand in the evening. Overnight in Foshan.
03Canton Fair — Phase 1/2/3▾
Another full day at the fair with return shuttle transfers, followed by an Indian vegetarian dinner. Overnight in Foshan.

Continue your business visit to the fair with scheduled return shuttle transfers, then an Indian vegetarian dinner. Overnight in Foshan.
06Final fair visit — return to Hong Kong▾
Check out and store luggage at the concierge before your final shuttle to the fair. Return to the hotel around 15:00 to collect luggage, then coach transfer to Hong Kong.
Dinner at a local restaurant on arrival, then check in to your 3-star Hong Kong hotel. Overnight in Hong Kong.
07Departure from Hong Kong▾
Breakfast and check-out, then proceed to Hong Kong International Airport or your onward destination at your own arrangement.
